what to expect
After we agree on and have your signed approval on the contract and receive the initial deposit, we begin the information collection process.
The first step is that we email a Client Questionnaire (CQ) to you and ask you to read through and answer the questions as fully as you can. This gives us information about your business. After you email the CQ back to us with your answers, we review and then follow up with a phone call or in-person meeting to go over the Client Questionnaire.
After we have a good feel for your business, we design the site map. We ask for your approval of the site map, and once we have that, we develop a creative brief to send to our design team.
The creative design process begins in which we come up with two design concepts for your new website. We will email a link to you, where you can view these concepts online. We ask you to spend two or three days looking at them, get feedback from your team, and then we will meet with you to review your comments. After we get your feedback, we make your requested adjustments to the design concept of your choice, and present the changes.

To start we ask questions:
|
We request your hosting company set up a secure stage site where we can have access to develop the proto-site, which is a temporary environment for your website. When we have your approval for the design layout, colors, font we begin building the proto-site on your hosting stage site. Depending on the complexity of your website, you can expect about a two week turn-around time for to have a complete click-through website with all navigation in place.
If your staff can work in a content management system, you can begin to upload content. If not, you can
hand off the content to us.
Once the content is in place, we go through an internal Quality Assurance of the website. Once we have gone through the site, we send a bug list spreadsheet for you to enter any punctuation, spelling errors, or small tweaks that need to be made. Once our team has made these corrections, we get your approval the site is ready for launch. At this time, payment is requested for the balance of the website. When payment is received, we launch the website.
We will maintain your website. However, we offer a training on your website Content Management System so that your staff can maintain the website in-house. The CMS gives you control over content and some images.
We build websites and in doing so, build long lasting relationships. We welcome you to our family of friends.
